Monthly Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor

The giveaway is run by Provo FOMO, 4237 W. Mesquite Way, Cedar Hills, UT 84062 ("Sponsor"). The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any business whose gift card is offered as a prize, or by any social or email platform.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. Entry period

The giveaway runs in monthly cycles. Each cycle begins on the first day of the calendar month and ends at 11:59pm Mountain Time on the last day of that month. One winner is drawn per cycle.

4. How to enter (free)

• Subscribe: joining the Provo FOMO newsletter (free) earns 1 entry.
• Refer friends: when someone subscribes using your unique referral link and their welcome email is delivered, you earn 5 additional entries per referred subscriber.
• Free alternate method of entry: to enter without subscribing or referring, mail a postcard with your name and email to the Sponsor address above. One entry per postcard, received within the entry period.

Entries that are fraudulent, automated, or use fake, disposable, or another person's email are void. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process.

5. Winner selection & odds

One winner per cycle is selected by a random drawing, weighted by number of entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. The drawing is conducted by the Sponsor within a few days after the cycle ends.

6. Prize

One (1) gift card to a local Utah County business, selected by the Sponsor ("mystery local business"). Approximate retail value: $50 USD (may vary by month). No cash equivalent or substitution except at the Sponsor's discretion. One prize per cycle. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

7. Notification

The winner is notified by email at the address on file within 7 days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. General

By entering, you agree to these rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which are final. The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or end the giveaway if it cannot run as planned. This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy.
